How do I book my room, spa, tour package, and airport transfers together?
Apart from calling our reservations/sales team, you could also include the following by choosing the airport transfer option on your booking reservation page. The special requests could be listed down under the comments section on your booking confirmation page.
What is the minimum age required to check-in/make a booking?
For safety and security purposes, the minimum age required to check-in/make a booking is 18 years old.
Why should I confirm my reservation instead of walking in?
By making a confirmed reservation, you will be ensured of having a room once you get to the hotel. This means that we will hold your room until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival. In the event you do not check-in, the hotel will charge your credit card per the rules of the rate you reserved.
Why do you need the number of adults, number of children, and my children’s ages?
This is for safety and security purposes. Our website will automatically indicate whether or not your rooms are enough to accommodate your party based on the maximum allowed per room.
Can I book multiple rooms with different number of guests and/or children’s ages?
Absolutely! But please be guided accordingly regarding the maximum allowed number of adult and child guests per room being reserved.
How do I find my corporate rate?
To find out if your company has special corporate rates in Misibis Bay, you have to call the hotel directly to make reservations.
Why do you need my credit card details?
By providing your credit card details as a form of payment at the time you make your reservation, your room reservation will be considered guaranteed. This means that we will hold your room until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival. In the event you do not check-in, the hotel will charge your credit card per the rules of the rate you reserved.
Why do you need my personal details?
This is to ensure that your booking doesn’t get mixed up with other bookings with the same name.
How can I confirm that my reservation has been made?
An email will be sent to you as soon as you confirm your reservation by providing a down-payment via credit card.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after confirming my reservation?
The confirmation email is usually sent automatically as soon as you book your reservation but, if there should be an instance of a delay, it will probably be in your inbox within the next 24 hours prior to booking. You could also check your “JUNK/SPAM” mail in case of previously made settings to your email account.

However, if a confirmation email still hasn’t been sent but your credit card has been deducted the stated down-payment amount, please contact us regarding this matter.

Why do I need to make a prepaid online deposit?
By making a prepaid online deposit, your room reservation will be considered guaranteed. This means that we will hold your room until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival. In the event you do not check-in, the hotel will charge your credit card per the rules of the rate you reserved.
How do I indicate special requests such as adjoining/connecting rooms?
The special requests could be listed down under the comments section on your booking confirmation page.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your booking reservation 30 days before your arrival. However, cancellation policies are subjected to change. Please refer to our room cancellation policies. For further questions or changes regarding reservations, you can contact us directly:

DETAILED RESERVATION PROCESS

At the top-right of our website, click the “BOOK NOW” button.

You will then be redirected to the booking page where you can find the room types and where you have to input the following required information:

  • Check-in date
  • Check-out date
  • Number of Adults
  • Number of Children (Aged 2-11)
  • Promo code

You can then click the “SHOW RATES” button on your desired room type tab.

As soon as you click your “SHOW RATES”, you will have to choose between availing the room with or without breakfast, room rate.

Once you click “BOOKED”, you will then be redirected to another page. From here you will have to input your details, special requests, and also a choice to add more rooms.

Please be guided accordingly with the reservation summary on the right before finalizing your bookings.

If you have decided that you are done with your booking, go ahead and scroll down on the same page where you will have to input your payment details for the reservation fee.

Most importantly, don’t forget to read and accept the Terms & Conditions of Misibis Bay Resort before booking.

Does Misibis Bay Resort offer a smoking room?
Misibis Bay Resort is a smoke-free resort but we do have designated smoking areas.
Does Misibis Bay Resort offer a handicapped room?
We are not yet equipped with handicapped friendly rooms. However, our 24/7 butler service would gladly assist when needed.
Can I order food in my room?
Yes, you could request for in-room dining. However, for your safety, outside food cannot be ordered or brought into the vicinity of the resort.
Can I bring outside food to my room?
We do not allow outside food in our establishment due to liability and sanitary reasons but there will be a corkage fee for certain food/beverage items.
What amenities can I expect in my room?
Room amenities will vary depending on which type you will be availing of. However, all room types will have their own air conditioning, bathrobes, bidet, blackout drapes/curtains, cable TV service, coffee/tea maker, designer toiletries, down comforter, DVD player, egyptian-cotton sheets, bottled water, newspaper, WiFi, In-room safe, iPod docking station, LCD TV, minibar, MP3 docking station, telephone, private bathroom, refrigerator, slippers, and sofa bed.
How many extra beds can I get in my room?
The maximum number of beds per room is 1. All extra bed for adults and children are charged PHP 1,000.00 per night. This is upon request though and still needs to be confirmed by management.

CHECK-IN/OUT

Can I store my luggage after checking out?
Absolutely! Just simply head over to our receptionist for assistance.
Can I request for an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, for late check-out’s you could inform any of our front office agents upon check-in or you could also indicate it on your online reservation form’s comment section.

These are subject to corresponding charges. Please see below applicable fees for reference.

Early Check-in Fee:
If guaranteed, it is chargeable to full one night. “room charge for the night before”
Arrival by 0600-0700H is already applicable to half of guest’s booked rate (50%)
Arrival by 0800-0900H is subject to 25% of guest’s booked rate
NOTE: If guest booked through a travel agency, BAR rate will be applicable.

Late Check-out Fee:
1400H is complimentary but subject to availability
1500H will be charged 25% of guest’s booked rate
1800H will be charged half day or 50% of guest’s booked rate

NOTE: If guest booked through a travel agency, BAR rate will be applicable.

What time should I check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is at 2:00PM and check-out time is at 12:00PM.
Special requests regarding this matter can be made during or after booking.

    POLICIES

    Lost & Found
    The hotel is not responsible for the security safety of any valuables left in the guest rooms or public places as governed by the Civil Code of the Philippines. However, if such a fortuitous event occurs, you can approach any of our Misibis Bay employees regarding this matter and we will do our best to help.

    All items found/given to our team will be handed over to the security personnel by the end of every shift.

    Rooms
    No Show Policy:
    Guests who do not arrive within twenty-four (24) hours of the expected check-in date and time will be charged the total amount of the reservation

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation made (14) fourteen or less days prior to expected arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total amount of the reservation.
    Cancellation made more than fifteen (15) days prior to expected arrival date will be subjected to 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

    Modification Policy:
    Amendments on check-in and checkout dates may be made up to fifteen (15) days before expected check-in date and are subject to availability.
    Amendments on check-in and checkout dates may less than (15) days before expected check-in date are subject to manager’s review and approval.

    Smoking Policy:
    Strictly no smoking policy inside the guest rooms. There will be a fee of Php5,000 if found smoking.

    Other Room Policies:
    Hotel has the right to remove guest belongings from the room after check out time if room is already reserved.
    Food and Beverages not purchased directly from the hotel are subject to corkage fees. Bringing of pets is strictly not allowed.


    The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee should there be stained linens, odor, losses or breakages in the room for the duration of the stay.


    The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary actions under any of the following cases:
    Failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount.

    Self-check-out:
    The hotel is authorized to charge the credit card indicated herein.

    Reservation Terms & Conditions
          • Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso per room per night on double occupancy.
          • Room rates are inclusive of 12% resort fee.
          • All guests are required to register and present a valid identification card upon check-in.
          • Children 11 years old and below stay for free using existing bedding.
          • Extra Person fee is PHP 1,000.00 including extra bed and amenities

    Child Policy:

          • Children 6 years old and below are Free-of-Charge as long as sharing room with adults and no extra bed is required; meals are also Free-of-Charge.
          • Children 11 years old and below are Free-of-Charge as long as sharing room with adults and no extra bed is required; meals are on personal account and shall be charged 50% off the buffet rate; transfers shall be charged 50% off the adult transfers rate

    Guarantee Policy:

          • Reservation made less than fifteen (15) days before expected arrival date requires the total amount of the reservation to be settled within 24 Hours.
          • All Reservations made sixteen (16) days before arrival 50 % of the total amount of the reservation will be collected upon booking reservation.
          • Remaining 50% will be collected within (15) days before arrival.

    Incidental Deposit Policy:
    Debit/Credit cards will be authorized upon check-in with the amount of P3,000 per room per night as a form of incidental deposit. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount authorized can be used to pay for incidental charges or released if there are no incidental charges whatsoever. If released, the authorized amount may take 7-15 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. If the deposit was transacted by cash, it can be returned immediately.
